I am a self motivated individual who thrives off of problem solving, finding unique solutions, leading a team to meat goals, and personal growth. I have a vast experience in sales in the automotive industry. I have been with my current dealership since 2015, and been a new vehicle sales and finance manager since 2017. I bring a lot of positive energy to the workplace, along with goal setting and holding people accountable. I would excel in any leadership role. I am well respected by my superiors, peers, and subordinates. I am AFIP certified. I am also a Mark of Excellence award winner through General Motors for accomplishing market share effectiveness with the Buick line of vehicles. I am very well versed in VinSolution CRM, and worked with multiple DMS systems. I am currently responsible for new vehicle ordering and inventory. My skills and abilities in selling finance and insurance products are superior to most. I am extremely intricate with making sure numbers line up, maximizing profits, and multitasking to accomplish my goals in a timely manner without sacrificing my quality of work.
