I use the principles of managerial leadership, and continuous improvement practices (growth mindset), to bring focus and structure to the creative process, without sacrificing the joy of creating. Here's how I create impact in the team I collaborate with: I'm a business-minded creative: In my career, I've been responsible for everything from setting corporate strategy through annual planning; to budgeting tours, while sleeping under the tour van; to developing and delivering studio pitches, for film, television, and podcast. I bring my experience and perspective as an entrepreneur, business leader, and creative to every project I work on. I drive curiosity & growth: I have 10+ years of facilitation experience as a learning and development practitioner with experience designing and delivering both traditional and digital workshops, with the ability to deliver engaging, relevant, and impactful learning solutions for individuals, teams, and organizations.
