With more than 25 years of experience in the Food and Chemical industry, I have held several management positions, managing organizations with more than 50 people within Quality Control and project organizations with global reach. I have a track record in building up organizations and working with change management on executive level. My personal characteristics include a motivating, dynamic and result oriented approach. Questioning conventional thinking is part of my personality. I have a pronounced analytical and systematic working style, which I use for convincing decision makers. Thinking strategic and acting pragmatic is characterizing my way to obtain results. I like to work in teams in a motivating atmosphere, where my talent often is used in the initiator and analyzer role. I am good in making plans and following decisions to implementation. Working with people having different cultural background is inspiring me and I see multi cultural teams as a way to obtain better and more sustainable results. I am communicating honestly and loyal and people in my surround like my style in coming to the point. The overall objectives in my jobs have always been more important for me than personal acknowledgement. As a leader through personality rather than position I have been able to create team spirit in my teams and projects.
