About Michael Feldergraf

As a senior program manager at Meta, I work on introducing Generative Artificial Intelligence features to Facebook and Instagram in a responsible and transparent way. I also lead the trust and safety content regulation readiness process, ensuring that our new products comply with international laws like the EU Digital Services Act. I have a strong background in operational strategy, with previous experience in Big Tech and financial services. At Facebook, I designed a quantifiable integrity risk assessment for new end-user products, enabling operations teams to scale the product review process and prevent abuse for over 3 billion users. At JPMorgan, I advised asset and wealth management bankers on reputation risk issue escalation, and developed a ML initiative that saved over 100 hours of manual effort per year. I hold an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, where I honed my analytical and creative problem-solving skills. I also have a Bachelor's Degree in History and International Relations from Northwestern University, where I graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. I am passionate about solving complex and strategic challenges, learning new technologies and domains, and building community within and outside of work.
