About Michael Fenoglia

Currently in my 26th year with Caterpillar Inc, I find myself in an incredibly interesting and challenging role. My focus is predominantly to provide strategic brand direction and consulting to our ever-growing portfolio of global businesses. Much of my work is the result of mergers and acquisitions and also the evolution that occurs, in some cases, years after acquisition. Brand integration is what many commonly refer this work to be, but what I assist and challenge our business leaders with extends deep into our business strategies prior to any visual brand related changes occur. The enterprise view I have been exposed to, along with a widespread understanding of our diversified businesses, makes what I contribute to our efforts at Caterpillar very fulfilling.
