About Michael Ferraz

I help people achieve their business goals and maximize their first time to value. My line of focus as a professional in the industry is towards customer technology adoption (ROI), SaaS consumption and expansion plays and of course retention and churn mitigation. Skills that I’ve developed overtime towards more empathy in business combined joint long-term success plans, always with an open and clear communication channel whilist setting up expectations from the get-go for better collaboration and healthy working relationships. At present, I lead and support a team of individual technology contributors with customers over the EMEA and LATAM regions. I engage in English, Italian, and Portuguese languages in different timezones, as I believe communicating in the same language and understanding the culture to do business is key to deliver timely value. Part of my role is to strategically and technically guide internal and external business processes and best practices towards our SaaS & PaaS solutions.
