Third Way Legal was founded in 2017 as an executive recruitment business fronted by an innovative technology-based market platform. It offers a new way for candidates to engage with the market and similarly for businesses and our Consultants to interact with candidates. Candidates can see who’s hiring and clients can present themselves to the right candidates more efficiently. We’ve also built an exclusive Salary Aggregator tool – which allows our users to accurately compare and contrast the salary levels in the industry.
