Michael is a Volunteer at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, where he provides spiritual care and guidance to patients, families, and staff. He is also a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor, a Licensed Chaplain, and has a Doctor of Ministry in Christian Counseling, integrated Marriage & Family Therapist, with extensive training and certification from reputable institutions. He leverages his counseling skills and theological knowledge to support the emotional and mental well-being of those in need. In addition to his chaplaincy role, Michael is the CEO and President of New Jersey House of Hope, a nonprofit organization that works to improve the lives of young people in the Newark, Irvington, and the Oranges areas. He has been leading this organization for over 12 years, developing and implementing various programs through radio and live-streaming platforms. He is passionate about preparing future leaders for tomorrow and reaching out to everyone, everywhere with a message of hope. He is also a Store Manager for Home Depot USA and has over 28 years of retail and business experience, where he has managed stores with volumes ranging from 25 to 120 million dollars and for a period a district of 6 Stores. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management and a keen understanding of business strategies, processes, and trends. He is a versatile, agile, and resourceful professional who can cope with change, simplify complex problems, and think globally. As Community Volunteer Captain, overseeing 9 locations, including Paterson, Newark, Elizabeth, East Hanover, Bloomfield, Totowa, Montville, Parsippany, and Garwood, Michael has worked with the Home Depot Foundation in renovating over 3 Veterans houses in Clifton, Newark, and the Oranges, beautify Veterans Parks, beautify County and state parks and many School buildings and school building grounds.
