With over 18 years of work experience in various fields, I am a versatile and adaptable manager with a passion for data, business intelligence, and skill development. I have a strong background in healthcare data and operations, data strategies, chemical engineering and environmental engineering, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and tools. I currently work as a Manager of Business Intelligence and Data Strategies at Northside Hospital, where I lead a team of data analysts and engineers to deliver data-driven solutions and insights for the organization. In my current role, I oversee the design, development, and implementation of an Enterprise Data Warehouses (IBM Netezza), dashboards (Tibco Spotfire), reports (Microsoft PowerBI), and various other analytic tools and internet websites. I am responsible for developing and executing the data strategy and roadmap, aligning it with the organization's vision and goals. Additionally, I mentor and coach my team members, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. I have successfully delivered multiple projects that have improved the operational efficiency, performance, and quality of care as it relates to revenue cycle at Northside Hospital. I have continuously developed my skills in databases (IBM Netezza, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle), data modeling, data visualization, data analysis, and ASPX intranet web tools.
