Consistently working at a high level holding positions as ED, NED and C Level on Executive Teams and General Manager reporting to ED Level. Certified Professional Chair CPC and GAICD qualification with Australian Institute of Company Directors. Formal qualifications in Gerontology, Business Management, Education, Project Management and Procurement as well as being an award winning Professional Chef with many years’ experience in Food Manufacturing, NPD, Marketing and Hotel and Liquor Management both inside and outside of Australia. Michael has developed as a Food Service Specialist with experience in Corporate Contract Catering, Foodservice Design / Construction, Food Manufacturing, Management of Hotel Groups, High Volume Retail Brands, Healthcare Catering Management, and Government within the Australian Defence Force for many years holding Senior Catering positions. Gaining valuable expertise in staff management, logistics and operational deployment. This demonstrated hands-on experience has contributed to Michael’s exemplary outcomes and status as an authority in foodservices in any business.
