If there is one thing I like more than sales, it’s sharing what I’ve learned with new reps and helping them succeed. Because I know what it is like to be a brand new rep and the immense challenges that come with it. In fact, I almost quit my first sales job 2 weeks in… After college, I turned down a great sales position with a big healthcare company to pursue another sales career in the construction industry. An industry that I had absolutely zero experience in. It was a complete U-turn from the “traditional route” I was going down. And it’s true… I was so overwhelmed that I nearly left after 2 weeks. But I didn’t. I chose to dig in and focus on learning everything I could from the top performers, which helped me succeed much faster than other new reps. Some highlights include- Turning 5-figure earnings into healthy 6-figure earnings over the course of 1 year - Consistently finishing in the top 10 for yearly equipment sales in the #1 district in the midwest region - Growing an underperforming territory to the 2nd highest revenue producing territory in our district - Winning Top OSR for our district in 2024 But by far my greatest achievement is: Creating a comfortable, flexible lifestyle for myself and my family.
