Hello!I'm recently graduated from the master's program at the University of Massachusetts Boston, where I received a Master of Science in Accounting. I started working full time at Grassi Advisory Group in June of 2024, after progressing from an internship that I started in January of 2023. Previously, I interned with a CPA that was in the town that I grew up in and assisted with tax preparation for his practice. During this time, I was working part-time as a drywall installer and finisher and also pursuing my bachelor's degree online at UMASS Boston.The internship with Bruce Buckley, CPA is what set me on the path to pursue a career in tax accounting. I found satisfaction learning the different aspects of how an office works and figuring out the best practices for filing returns. I also enjoyed helping people through the complicated nature of filing their taxes and providing relief for what was typically an incredible burden for people.
