About Michael Fox

I seek challenges that result in continuous improvement for the company I commit to. My attention to detail, problem-solving strategies, strong work ethic, and above all else – integrity, hallmarks the attitude and professionalism I come to work with every day. I have spent 23 years in the multi-family industry in various service-related positions. I started my career in the multi-family industry as a groundskeeper in 2001 and worked very hard to be the best in every position I held. I am the Director of Maintenance Training & Certifications with Northwood Ravin in Charlotte, NC. Building relationships and training maintenance people/teams are my passions. In my current role, I focus on the mentoring, development & training of 90+ maintenance team members in the southeast. I instruct for and am a Board Member of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association. I guide in-house certification courses to include EPA 608, 410a refrigerant safety, Low GWP refrigerant safety, North & South Carolina CPO, national CPO, the CAMT designation, and other courses. I have wide-ranging multi-family maintenance, development, and redevelopment experience in various markets throughout the southeast. I love what I do!
