Beginning my career as a Project Manager and progressing through to my current position with The Ferber Company as Director of Retail Development Services, I have performed a variety of functions that have enabled me to continually learn, grow, and significantly contribute to the bottom line. My diverse background has afforded me the opportunity to gain vast knowledge and expertise in a variety of areas that include Operations, Management, Team Building, Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, Organization, Research & Analysis, Regulatory Compliance, Time Management, Quality Control, Financial Modeling, Risk Management, Communication, and more… Over the course of my career, I have continually met performance objectives, led diverse real estate development teams, and consistently exceeded expectations in quality of work and construction timeline management. Some of my most notable accomplishments have been the assembly of a project site, successfully directing an integrated team made up of NGO's, local, state, and federal regulatory agencies to obtain approvals for Wyoming’s first Mitigation Bank and the United States’ only Sage Grouse Habitat Conservation Bank.
