I am a Specialist Master in GPS Human Capital in the Workforce Transformation. As a former Marine Corps Officer with over 30 years of service, I have cultivated deep knowledge and experience in policy development, regulatory compliance, strategic advisory/planning, and leading large cross-functional team engagements. Over the course of my career, I have honed my relationship building skills and am known for my ability to collaborate and team across agencies and services throughout the Department of Defense to achieve successful outcomes. I have a demonstrated ability to solve a wide variety of problems by applying analytical thinking, clear communication, and innovative solutions. As a proven leader and trusted advisor, I have been called upon to solve complex issues with competing leadership priorities. I bring a wide breadth of expertise, a desire to work collaboratively, and a genuine love of delving in to and solving complex human capital issues.
