Hi, one phrase that can describe who I am is "Alternate Real Estate Innovator". I created India's first purpose-built pro-living and student housing accommodation built a decade ago. I designed, built, financed and sold it having a successful exit. I am passionate about designing and developing purpose-built housing facilities that create long-term value for investors and stakeholders. I have impeccable experience in managing the full business lifecycle, from financing and construction to sales and leasing. As a pioneer in the purpose-built student and co-living housing industry, I completed the largest BTS and strata sale to date. Business lifecycle management, quick service restaurant setup and management, and capital/fundraising act as additional superpowers in ensuring that Return-on-Investment going beyond conventional expectations. I am part of the leading team at Curated Living Solutions (Divyasree Developers), designing the future of urban living and changing the paradigm of purpose-built co-living for students and professionals in India. Beyond my professional life, I enjoy reading biographies, golfing, and trading. I also believe in giving back to society and supporting causes such as children's welfare and the Indian Cancer Society.
