Strongly grounded in values embedded in our country for a fair go for those less fortunate and opportunity and options for those who can strive to achieve, my work life has drawn me to find viable answers to the sometimes harsh realities and evolving demographic changes of a growing nation and the questions that have beset many sectors. From early pleas by agriculture and in particular.horticulture, to recent years where social services strive to meet the challenges of changing workforce participation and dynamics. Attracting our workforce now and into the future through established and innovative means, delivering focused and versatile personnel and matching work engagement modes that will suit this workforce and the people who engage them…it is these challenges, those of a maturing and outward looking nation that continue to inspire me to promote solutions and establish pathways forward; thus adding strong value to the industrial relations sector that is my passion. A thirty five year veteran of the people management sector across Australia, founder and M.D of one of Australia's major most respected (AE) Approved Employers (Connect Group) under the Seasonal Worker Programme and Pacific Labour Schemes and co-founder/current board member of the group representing small to large member AE's, my vision is to ensure that these totally viable, ethical labour alternatives, that are now proven to be a win-win for all, become widely accepted by the modern horticulture sector and other key sectors moving forward.
