About Michael Fuson

Over ten years experience in customer service of multiple varieties has given me the skills to adapt to almost any job. At GameStop I was hired in at an entry level position and within my first year of the company I was made manager. Being a manager taught me an array of skills but one of the most important I obtained was the skill of listening to my employees. I took the multitude of skill I learned from GameStop and applied them to the jobs thereafter. At Meijer I used multitasking to stock and keep track of inventory in the produce section. At J.S. Clark I used the organizational skills obtained from the jobs previous to maintain multiple insurance accounts for corporate companies as well as perform audits for said companies. My time at Real Time Diagnostics has honed my attention to detail as I was required to take over 200 calls daily while making detailed note of each patients results and symptoms. I am currently employed within UWM where I worked as a closer for 3 years, assisting Loan Officers and title agents reach the finish line of their loans until I recently was promoted to the IT department on the Tech Pros team as a Product Support Analyst where I support 5 products to assist making Loan Officers jobs easier.
