Since 1991 Michael G. Smith has been providing cost effective and timely boundary, topographical, land development, utility and construction Land Surveying Services in Nevada and surrounding states. A fully versed Land Surveyor in all aspects of the operational, financial and production components of a successful land survey project is a must. The following is a list of some of the local and regional agencies that Michael has worked with throughout the years on survey projects local and abroad: Las Vegas Valley Water District (LVVWD), Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT), Regional Transportation Commission (RTC), Clark County, Clark County Water Reclamation District (CCWRD), City of Las Vegas, City of Henderson, City of North Las Vegas, and Department of Defense to name a few. As the Owner of Smith & Associates Land Surveying, LLC, Mr. Smith is personally responsible for all aspects of the company including Production, Project Management and Client Relations. He works closely with civil engineers, developers, aerial companies, as well as other professionals and contractors to provide surveying services from the beginning to the successful ending of a project and beyond. Data is always delivered in a correct, usable, organized and timely fashion. Mr. Smith believes that a strong client/surveyor relationship is an extremely important part of the success of any type of project.
