My sales and sales management career has been multifaceted spanning Inside Sales to Inside Sales Management, Territory Management and Business Development, led a team of Domestic and International Orthodontic Customer Care Representatives as the Director of Customer Care, and now focus on Business Intelligence as the Director of Automation and Insight for Henry Schein Orthodontics. I have accumulated a deep functional understanding of the sales landscape. I thrive on analytics and take an organized and detailed approach to managing team members, projects and daily work load. I create KPIs to drive rep performance that positively impact and enhance the Customer Experience. As a Director, my team describes me a consistently positive, fair, attentive and helpful.
