I am really interested in,(Remote) Customer Service, Sales, Acct Management, Inbound and Outbound closing as a career. My personal skills and tasks include being responsible for fulfillment execution, coordination and communication of all OTR (Order to Remittance) activities relating to orders. Responsible for leading and final execution of internal initiatives of process and facility improvements. Assist Services Project team in various roles as demand requires.(Example: assisting PMs, billing, ITO, rental, shop). Work quickly, accurately, and effectively to resolve customer issues and affect long term solutions as required. Provide support for sales execution and order conversion. Enhance customer relationships and fidelity. Communicate the appropriate internal functions of all processes that need to be implemented or improved to give better customer service. Maintain, enhance, and drive improvement of the customer service metrics. Maintain and improve upon data tracking systems, and data analysis revolving around execution of services and tracking of project requirements and finances.
