My experience in these high stress and dynamic environments has developed a core instinct for anticipating the needs of customers before they ask. In addition, I have also developed unparalleled multi-tasking skills and a deadly eye for detail. I am extremely passionate about what I do and welcome the challenge and opportunity to bring my knowledge, experience and talent to any company. I have extensive knowledge of Wine, Spirits and Craft Beers to develop bar programs and train staff on in house offerings. I have put these skills to use many times developing bar programs for existing restaurants and new restaurants.
