About Michael Ganet

Very versatile, I have a passion for Operational and Customer Excellence. For the last ~20 years, I have been developing strong IT & business knowledge within the construction equipment industry. My primary strength lies with my ability to understand the business and customer needs and develop solutions and processes which enhance the realization of business goals. I am known for my ability to lead people, consistently demonstrating an eagerness to meet challenges (can-do spirit). I have demonstrated a great capacity to resolve problems by exploring pertinent options, and tenaciously execute plans to deliver results. During my career I have occupied many positions throughout the IT organization (Applications support specialist; business process analyst, ERP functional lead, IT support manager, project manager) and TQM organization (sites process audits, business Black Belt projects, Lean Six Sigma training and mentoring). More recently I have worked on setting up and enhancing a customer quality governance to understand the Voice of the Customer, and systematically resolve quality problems working with both reactive and proactive data. Since March 2024 I have been working on a global ERP business transformation project as the EMEA Regional lead for Plan to Manufacture and Quality Management, to ensure a successful transition from Oracle to SAP. I am certified in ITIL (IT service management), Prince2 (project management), and Lean Six Sigma (process improvement). I also hold a Quality Management diploma of Leading Strategic Change and Improvement as well as a Managing Customer Excellence certification from CQI and IRCA. Specialties: •Demonstrated quality continuous process improvement management (ITIL; Prince 2; DMAIC, PDCA, Kaizen etc.). •Strong influencing skills and ability to work at all levels of the organization (Stakeholder Analysis, SWOT analysis, PESTLE, Hochin Kahnri models.). •Develop solutions to complex problems (Lean Six Sigma). •Ability to develop, recruit and retain strong support staff.
