I am a sales management expert with over 12 years of professional experience of proven growth in both B2C and B2B sales environments. I have been responsible for continuous improvement and business development in a region with over 250 locations. Some examples: As Regional Manager I coached a team that achieved an average 28% revenue growth YoY by developing area managers to train, influence, and optimize retail operations. As a Project Manager I oversaw the creation and training of the onboarding team; the development of the business manual, training materials, and video guides; and the implementation of the new training program that resulted in a 13% decrease in churn and a 27% increase in new account revenue. As Director of Sales I created international partnerships with vendors to build out the growth and development of over e-commerce businesses.
