About Michael Gartner

My ability to develop strong personal relationships with the youth that I work with, as well as strong professional relationships with various community organizations and resources has led to the success that I have found so far in my career. Given the difficult and stressful situations that I often encounter, I have further developed my communication skills, learned how to set goals, organize effectively and above all patience and empathy for others. I am enthusiastic about continuing to learn and develop these skills and more. I work hard to promote the work that my organization, The RAFT, does for the Niagara region in hopes that our resources will be used by all youth that need our assistance. My passion for helping others, specifically youth, can be seen in my professional and volunteer experience.
