Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)- Member of the board: Overseeing the entire sales and market-facing responsibilities at CRX Markets, coordinating efforts with both corporate clients as well as financing partners. In my role as CCO I am responsible for Sales & Account Management and Capital Markets. Head of Transactions & Payments Sales Germany: With my new position I moved back to the Corporate Solutions (former CIB) division of UniCredit. In addition to my previous role, I took over the responsibility from now on for all client segments reaching from small SME clients up to the large multinational corporates. Co Head GTB Germany Regions: This role includes the responsibility for the UniCredit Bank AG network regions for cash, trade as well as working capital sales for corporate network clients. In addition the German Trade as well as Cash Service Centre are under my responsibility. Trade Finance / Global Transaction Banking: Heading the Trade Finance Desk of UniCredit Group in Germany, being responsible for countries on a global as well as local basis. The team is serving the corresponding banking role (externally) as well as the product specialist function especially for L/C topics (internally). Relationship Management: Experience as Senior Relationship Manager in UniCredit's Corporate Multinational Division covering major international companies in the TMT sector. Focus on investment as well as transaction banking products. Project / Infrastructure Finance: Eight years of experience in origination, appraisal, structuring and execution of project finance transactions in the infrastructure / transportation sector. Experience in mature (Western Europe, North America) as well as emerging project finance markets (e.g. Turkey). Close cooperation with corporate as well as infrastructure fund / private equity investors. Track record includes successful closing of new complex transactions (brownfield as well as greenfield) as well as restructuring cases and advisory mandates. International Experience: Several years abroad, gaining international experience, both professionally and during university. Managerial Experience: Currently responsible for a team of 15 people.
