As a Construction Engineer, experienced in - Managing multiple High voltage projects (132kv), MV and LV projects with up to 800 hundred engineers,technicians,and workers-Handling all the studies and sites preparations of the projects assigned to-Handling all the different steps to build high voltage lines-Handling all the necessary trainings for the new Line construction trainees-Operating the machineries of power line stringing-Operating line stringing drones (DJI matrice 600)-Operating topographical drones (DJI RTK phantom 4). As an O&M engineer, experienced in - Handling all the MV and LV (OH & UG) repair operations of the division assigned to- Handling all the preventive maintenance operations of the division assigned to- Responsible of material stock related to the division assigned to- Liaising with other departments in order to complete all customer related applications- Handling all the planning and monitoring of the resources (staff, finances, materials….)- In charge of the network survey and updating the GIS maps related to the division assigned to. • Safety- Implementing the Health and Safety management system- Making sure that the Safety standards are clearly communicated within the teams and to all the third party subcontractors- Conducting Site Inspections, HSE Audits & Accident/Incidents Investigations- Monitoring and assessing the work of third party contractors- Enforcing timely corrective action where improvements are required- Managing team workload and prioritizing it according to risk and importance. As a trainer, experienced in - Conducting the electrical training for all the new recruits- Conducting the specific electrical training for the employees depending on their job description: Electrical Supervisors. Electrical Technicians. Decommissioning officers. Safety Officers.
