About Michael Gibbs
Entered the insurance business in 1971 after returning from military service in the U S Army with a one year tour of duty in the Republic of Viet Nam. I began my career selling specialty supplemental plans with AFLAC in Springfield, Illinois. In 1977 I accepted a territory position with The Country Companies, a multi-line, captive insurance company in Illinois. I moved into the independent sector in 1980 and founded Century Insurance, a multi-line agency, in partnership with a Century 21 real estate company. In 1984 I moved the family back to my hometown in Arkansas and founded and developed a life insurance agency in a large property/casualty insurance firm. From that time to present, I have specialized in life insurance and annuity consulting with an emphasis on solving business and advanced planning issues. Specialties: Hands on experience in the same field for over four decades provides invaluable insight into helping clients make the right decisions and choices from the myriad of companies and products available in today's marketplace.
