As Manager of Operations and Quality Assurance, a member of the Mission Critical Infrastructure Division operating under the auspices of Information Transport Systems. In this role I am responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the activities of the Operations function of the Mission Critical Infrastructure Division (MCID). I am also responsible for the performance of all department functions; manufacture/vendor relationship management, material management (ordering and inventory of project materials), ordering support services (subcontractor support), and engineering (IT support). I am responsible for the company’s quality assurance program to include the maintenance and update of the company’s ISO 9001:2008 certification. • Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Mining for both Corporate and personal sized facilities • Develop and recommend corporate operations policy within the MCID • Define and recommend objectives in each area of MCID. Develop specific short-term and long-term plans and programs, together with supporting budget requests and financial estimates. • Reviews and approves the implementation of manufacturing and organizational plans that support the Operations Master Plan. • Establish objectives and procedures governing the performance of assigned activities. Issue specific annual objectives to immediate subordinates and review objectives of the Operations management. • Consult with all segments of management responsible for policy or action. Ensure compliance within area of responsibility. Make recommendations for improving effectiveness of policies and procedures.
