About Michael Gillespie

Experience in managing product portfolios in the packaging industries that feed into food, beverage, logistics and personal care products. Within these industries I managed both commodized and specialized ranges, with responsibility for meeting annual targets in revenue, profitability, growth through innovative product development, cost control and reduction. Currently I am responsible for a global product range in the poultry processing industry that involves the manufacture and installation of mechanical, as well as industrial food grading equipment. Prior to Product Management I have gained skills through a number of roles in business analysis, financial analysis and pricing analysis. Conversely, I have also held roles focusing on market research and marketing analysis, both of which contributed to the annual business and strategic marketing planning.
