About Michael Gioseffi

My mission is to facilitate the improvement of health systems through developing programs that are patient-centered, timely, safe, efficient and effective. I have held numerous positions at Health Canada where I have been able to develop extensive experience in regulatory affairs, policy, program development and data-based decision making. I recently completed my Master of Science in Healthcare Quality, Risk and Safety at Queen’s University in order to further my knowledge of optimal strategies for administering healthcare in today’s environment. I look forward to contributing my understanding of the intersection between quality, risk and safety to future health challenges. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, reading, watching sports, travelling, volunteering and following all things politics.
