Scottish business columnist and correspondent with The Sunday Times (of London). Winner of the Scottish Business Journalist of the year award, and the IBP Journalist of the Year award for undercover investigations into conditions on London's building sites. My writing on Middle East politics and economics has been quoted (and credited) by the late Robert Fisk in articles he has written for The Independent.
