About Michael Gladstone

I manage the technology side of growing businesses — systems, vendors, risk and technology decisions — on an ongoing basis. At PinnacleBTM, we take ownership of the business side of technology so leadership doesn’t have to manage it themselves. Most organizations have IT support, software vendors and internal teams, but no one accountable for how it all fits together. That gap creates friction, risk and distraction. We exist to close it.Our work typically includes coordinating IT providers and vendors, clarifying business requirements, improving reporting and data reliability, addressing cybersecurity and continuity risk, and ensuring technology decisions are aligned with business priorities and constraints. We work alongside existing teams and partners rather than replacing them.We support organizations across industries including manufacturing, transportation and distribution, construction, real estate, and professional services.Technology only creates value when it is understood, owned and deliberately managed over time. We help organizations move away from reactive decisions and one-off projects toward a steady, intentional operating rhythm that supports how the business actually runs.
