About Michael Glover

Michael Glover has more than 30 years’ experience as a senior executive in the commercial and government sectors. Michael has worked on major infrastructure projects as well has strategically leading other major projects and reforms. A senior executive with a proven track record of success with the ability to influence and work in both government and the corporate world. Progressive leader recognised for solving significant, high-level problems by making effective strategic decisions and taking ownership of the outcome. With a Bachelor in Commerce and a MBA, he also has extensive experience in boards and board sub-committees, including the management of Audit and Risk Committees. Michael Glover is currently a strategic advisor. Michael was previously Acting Director General Department of Regional Development Manufacturing and Water within the Queensland Government, prior to that the Chief Financial Officer for the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority. He previously was the Deputy Director General for the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games and also delivered Airport Link in Brisbane. Both Cross River Rail Delivery Authority and Airport Link are transformation transport and infrastructure projects.
