I am a healthcare leader with more than 14 years of experience building organizations that deliver measurable results for the communities they serve. My career has centered on aligning people, process, and purpose to improve access, quality, and operational performance. At ClaimAid with DeKalb Health, I developed a self-pay solution from the ground up that improved patient financial access and streamlined revenue processes. At Alliance Health Centers, an FQHC, I was part of the leadership team from inception during COVID. I led the planning and launch of three additional clinic locations and helped drive significant patient growth. In my current role, I have overhauled HR processes to strengthen organizational culture and support workforce development. I lead through curiosity, clear vision, and collaboration. I believe the best healthcare systems are built on strong teams, efficient operations, and a shared commitment to making care accessible and effective.
