I have a vast experience of E-Commerce Transport Management in the last eight years. With a proven record in the industry. It has been a privilege and a pleasure working with Roche Brothers Supermarket. I have developed many customer relationships over the years. I have enjoyed providing specific assistance for those customers who are physically impaired and for the customers who are unable to leave their homes. Especially due to the current health conditions. Some of my duties include, timely delivery of perishables and non-perishables, over an area consisting of seven zip codes. Monitoring climate controlled portions of the delivery vehicle, to ensure required temperatures were maintained to preserve freshness of all perishable items. Training newly hired delivery personnel in areas of vehicle pre-trip inspection, proper loading and off loading of parcels, logistics of organizing a delivery route in accordance to time of day, weather conditions, multiple destinations, and volume of load. Prior to my employment with Roche Brothers, I was a DHL Package Delivery Driver. My duties included timely delivery of ground and next day air parcels. I also loaded and off loaded cargo between Class B freight trucks and aircraft at Logan International Airport. A portion of freight handling required hazardous material training. Including knowledge of placement of a hazardous material in the freight truck and/or aircraft. I also provided technical assistance to customers who required D.H.L./Airborne Express proprietary software and hardware installations for shipping and inventory control. Such as the set up and preparation of the host computer, peripheral hardware, cabling, software setup, download, and operational instruction. Continuing technical support was also provided.
