Currently I work for an alarm company as a receptionist Monday – Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. My official title is receptionist, but it is a smaller company, so I have more jobs than simply answering phones. I do all of the filing; accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, contact lists, etc. When the head of the service department is out, I schedule and dispatch technicians. I have organized the team gear (travel, practice uniforms, shoes, game uniforms, etc.) and kept inventory of said gear as well as been in charge of its distribution among players, coaches, and managers. For two summers I orchestrated summer camps for high school teams and athletes to attend as well as kids’ camps. Prior to working for the basketball team, I was a sales associate at a movie theater and at a children’s clothing store where I stocked and took inventory. I have also worked in a daycare as well as partaken in youth ministry leadership.
