With a natural balance of Blue and Red energy, I lead through values-based, servant leadership - emphasizing emotional intelligence, continuous growth, and the development of high-performing teams. I lead by example, embodying the mindset, accountability, and adaptability I hope to inspire in others. My passion lies in creating clarity, enabling growth, and delivering meaningful results through thoughtful leadership and data-informed decisions. At the core of my work is a commitment to unlocking potential - in others and in myself. A capacity for cool emotional detachment makes Michael a good decision maker, because he thinks clearly under pressure. He is good at organizing and bringing ideas into the plan. He may impress others, albeit unintentionally, by knowing something worthwhile about many things, especially when he speaks about one of his specialized subjects. His aim is to fit all the pieces of the jigsaw together into a complete picture, but for Michael the jigsaw keeps expanding with the discovery of every new piece. Although disinterested in purely scholastic pursuits, knowledge is important for its immediate usefulness to him.
