About Michael Goodey

Ever since I was a kid I’ve loved to build. I find motivation in the people around me and bring enthusiastic energy to my team. I live for a challenge. I create an environment that resolves issues and delivers high quality projects.I bring that same builder’s mindset into my career today, helping construction teams adopt data-driven technology that transforms how work gets done in the field. After nearly five years in construction management with Clark Construction, I transitioned into construction technology at Versatile where I’ve helped some of the industry’s leading builders unlock new levels of productivity and visibility through passively collected data insights.I’m currently a Project Engineer as part of Versatile’s GTM team, leading efforts to expand our footprint and empower more builders to take control of their operations. My pathway and background in Civil Engineering gives me a unique edge:I deeply understand construction workflows and jobsite realities.I know how to translate technical value into clear ROI and impact.I connect operational needs with strategic growth opportunities.I thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments where enthusiasm meets execution. I’m driven by challenge, motivated by people, and relentless about creating solutions that make an impact. In short - I build trust, I build teams, and I build business.
