All we do are Home Loans so we are totally focused on assisting our First Time Home Buyers and Home Buyers who have purchased homes in the past. We have very flexible programs like FHA and VA loans with minimum credit score of 500, Conventional loans with minimum credit score of 620, and Jumbo loans with minimum credit of 680. We also have very flexible Debt to Income Ratios (DTI) like FHA up to 55%, VA at 58%, and Conventional at 50%. This allows us to approve many more clients. We also have an average closing time of 25 to 30 days. As a Direct Lender we have our own Underwriters, Processors, Closing Department, and fund the loans in our name.
