About Michael Graham

I’m a fraud & fintech operations professional with 5+ years of experience in digital risk, payments, and client protection at scale. As a Fraud Analyst at StubHub, I lead high-risk buyer investigations using tools like Sift, Cybersource, Forter, and Riskified, resolving complex fraud scenarios while maintaining a fast, high-quality resolution rate. My background spans ACH/Wire workflows, Reg E disputes, chargebacks, fraud recovery, and frontline escalation support. I’m well-versed in CRM and case tools such as Salesforce and WebCSR, and thrive in fast-paced trust & safety environments. I recently earned my Master’s in Digital Financial Technologies with a focus on fraud strategy, KYC/AML compliance, blockchain systems, and fintech innovation. I’ve also worked with data-driven tools like Tableau, Python, SQL, and Microsoft Dynamics to enhance case intelligence and fraud pattern detection. I’m actively exploring remote and hybrid roles in fraud prevention, risk strategy, and digital trust, with a long-term goal of leading teams solving financial security at scale.
