Over 30 years of Engineering and Management experience in leading implementation of key strategic initiatives and product development projects within the Boeing Company. Provided leadership on multiple new business pursuits and supported strategy and proposal development to capture over $2B during the last six years.Developed program start-up and transition plans as a best practice for multiple pursuits receiving high scores from the Customer’s Source Evaluation Board.Led the development and implementation of a Transition Systems Readiness (TSR) process and tool to facilitate transitions and program start-ups currently being used across Boeing Divisions.Provided leadership implementing Lean+ initiative across the Space Shuttle Program and the Space Exploration Division – executing over 80 improvement projects increasing human capacity by over hours.Successfully directed the implementation of Program Management Best Practices with improvement plans for the Space Shuttle Program improving the program performance and effectiveness. Led the development and implementation of a Lean Project Portfolio (LPP) tool which manages multiple projects across multiple Boeing Divisions with over 1,100 projects and 1,300 users.Developed and successfully executed a transition plan leading a Space Shuttle Program team of over 500 jobs from Huntington Beach, CA. to Houston, TX with no disruption to mission support. Managed multiple affordability projects generating a recurring cost savings of over $40M for the C-17 Program. Experienced using Baldrige Business Excellence with the Space Exploration Division and the C-17 Program.
