About Michael Graser

As a valuation and quantum expert, I value businesses, intangible assets and damages - as an advisor or independent expert. Core of my skills is to find effective and reliable solutions to critical economic and financial questions encountered in: • Shareholder disputes • Restructurings (e.g. carve-outs, unlocking of hidden reserves in intangible assets, IP sale & lease back) • IP disputes (e.g. patent or trademark infringements) • IP transactions (e.g. technology transfer or licensing negotiation) My expertise in contentious valuation cases is based on my engagement as a publicly appointed and sworn expert and has its roots in one of my previous professions as a valuation expert for an international law firm. I have repeatedly been appointed by German courts and testified in numerous court proceedings. With around 20 years of experience in over 300 valuation projects I have gained a deep insight into a wide range of industries and business models, which provides a valuable framework for valuating innovations. As a member of the Life Sciences Valuation & Financial Advisory Services practice, I am specializing in assisting clients in the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries.
