About Michael Greig

I am a senior product designer with strengths in user research, prototyping, user testing and interaction design.Naturally analytical and creative, I enjoy using critical thinking to frame problems and solutions clearly. I passionately believe in the power of cross-functional product teams that work together throughout both product discovery and delivery in pursuit of a specific outcome. I am also a strong advocate for continuous experimentation and customer research. I believe that this, along with a healthy dose of humility and a focus on the desired outcome, is essential to delivering solutions to complex problems.I have led complex design initiatives both in-house and agency-side, working in the UK and USA. I've delivered both B2C and B2B products in a wide variety of industries including insurance, banking, healthcare, hospitality, transportation and manufacturing.I also draw on my early career experience working in customer operations and corporate sustainability at an energy company, which is where I first became interested in design thinking as a way of delivering satisfying and sustainable outcomes for the customer and for society.Ultimately, I want to do my part to make the world a more thoughtful place, where the products and services we use every day are designed to enable us to flourish as human beings.
