Since 2002, I have helped every customer better understand the Real Estate process. A strong background as a Residential Appraiser assists my understanding of market forces and what factors drive value. As a member of the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh, I have access to the most current Real Estate listings and will provide accurate information about each property. I can manage transactions by scanning/emailing documents, texting data to cell phones and help navigate the world of Real Estate websites.
