Many years experience in the tech industry in the Phoenix area. Worked in every aspect of computers and electronics. From manufacturing to quality control and project management in electronics manufacturing and to customer service and repair for manufacturers. Sold consumer electronics and spent quite some time repairing consumer electronics such as TV's, VCR's, camcorders, and then computers / PC's. Maintained Windows servers and workstations. Designed and configured networks, both wired and wireless LAN's and WAN's. Ran a small business where consumer electronics were installed and users were instructed on how to use new equipment leaving them with detailed personalized instructions. Installed and configured complex video conference and teleconference equipment such as Tandberg and trained clients how to use such equipment. Installed and maintained high end audio visual equipment for conference rooms, classrooms, meeting rooms, and interfacing with flat screen monitors, televisions, and projectors. Designed and installed high end CCTV solutions using security cameras, IP cameras, network recorders and analog DVR's. Wrote training materials for these systems, as well as conducted training classes as a trainer for these systems as well. Was a subject matter expert for several products and served on the product review board to review and or recommend new products. Specialties: Problem solving is my passion.
