About Michael Guay

Versatile professional with over 15 years of experience in management, project coordination, and organizational development. I recently led the Learning and Student Success sector at the New Brunswick Community College (Edmundston campus), where I contributed to inter-campus collaboration, continuous process improvement, and staff development. My previous experiences at CN, Cégep de Trois-Rivières, and CCNB have strengthened my expertise in leadership, change management, human capital development, and transformation strategy. Currently on an international assignment in Cameroon as an andragogy advisor, I support the implementation of innovative educational practices focused on lifelong learning. At the same time, I am passionate about coaching and physical education, with over 25 years of involvement in student sports and several certifications in sports leadership. I am open to new professional challenges—in Canada or internationally—starting in 2026, where I can leverage my mobilizing leadership, strategic thinking, and skills in project management, onboarding, and process improvement.
