About Michael Guzman

Hey and hello! I am the operations planner at the Longmont location of Oskar Blues Brewery. My role is to help oversee day to day logistics of inventory both liquid and solid. I operate inventory through the Orchestrated Beer program. Through various distributors and networks, we work around the clock to stay ahead of planned production. It can be a simple to massive undertaking. I have been fortunate enough to learn the brewing process from the ground up and have also had the opportunity to be part of a major growing seltzer brand. All of the experience combined has allowed me to venture into other breweries across the U.S. to help facilitate team building functions or to just lend a helping hand if needed.
