Responsible administrative and supervisory experience in firefighting operations, fire and life safety education, code enforcement, training within a federal fire emergency services organization. Provides administrative direction and leadership for division through staff supervision and activities review (fire inspections, code enforcement, plans examination and public fire education). Responsibilities include: reviewing general operation of fire prevention to determine efficiency; providing direction on major projects or problem areas; master planning; developing and implementing policies and procedures; and providing policy guidance. In addition, through research and consultation with the fire chief and military leadership, developing recommendations for protection of life and property for joint base community.
