I have completed my BS in Information Technology, as of October 2024. I am responsible for maintaining Acumatica, ERP system, and training end users on day-to-day operations as the system administrator. My focus includes customizing the ERP system to maximize productivity and ensuring optimal performance, stability, and security. I administer and maintain the Acumatica ERP system by performing regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to keep the software current. I monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity through regular audits and data clean-up. Additionally, I manage data imports, exports, and integrations with other systems, such as CRM and financial systems, and assist in data migration during upgrades or changes. My role also involves setting up accounts and workstations, monitoring performance, maintaining systems according to requirements, and troubleshooting issues and outages. I ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls, and upgrade systems with new releases and models. I have developed expertise in new technologies to train staff and utilize internal ticketing tools, alongside managing Windows Server environments. I also have Salesforce Experience — Trailhead Badges Completed: CRM for Lightning Experience – Gained hands-on knowledge of Salesforce’s CRM functionality in the Lightning Experience interface, including data modeling, customization, and productivity tools. Prompt Builder Basics – Learned how to use Salesforce's Prompt Builder to craft effective generative AI prompts for business use cases. Prompt Builder: Quick Look – Gained a foundational overview of Prompt Builder capabilities and how it integrates with Salesforce Flow.
